To live a life with substance, one that is rooted in purpose and meaning, the key lies in building a strong foundation on faith, family, and food freedom. Just as a tree needs fertile soil to grow, consistent pruning to remain healthy, and seasons of change to develop, we too need these elements in our lives to bear good fruit.
