Pediatric Nutrition & Picky Eating

When mealtimes feel like a battle, it’s hard to know what to do next. I work with parents of kids ages 1 to 17 to make feeding less stressful and to help your child get the nutrition they need to grow.

Who I Help

I support families of children and teens ages 1 to 17 with:

  • Picky eating
  • ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder)
  • Failure to thrive
  • Transitioning to solid foods

How We Work Together

Appointments include both you and your child. We look at what eating looks like at home right now, what’s been hardest, and what your child needs nutritionally. Then we build a plan you can actually use at the table.

  • One-on-one guidance for parents on how to feed and support your child
  • Appointments with you and your child together
  • Email and phone support between sessions as needed
  • Regular contact with your pediatrician or primary care provider

What Families Notice

Most parents tell me they feel more relaxed and confident at mealtimes. They know how to feed their child and how to support their child’s specific nutritional needs.

What to Expect When We Work Together

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call, so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Next is an initial assessment, which runs 60 to 90 minutes. After that, follow-up sessions are 30 to 40 minutes. Every appointment is virtual.
