Disordered Eating & Chronic Dieting

If you feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, food rules, and guilt, or like you can never quite “get eating right,” you’re not alone. Together we’ll break down those patterns and build a relationship with food that feels sustainable rather than restrictive.

Who This Is For

I work with adolescents and adults who:

  • Feel stuck in a cycle of dieting
  • Follow food rules that are hard to break
  • Feel guilt around eating
  • Feel like they can never quite “get eating right”

How We Work Together

Using the principles of intuitive eating, you’ll learn to:

  • Trust your body’s hunger and fullness cues
  • Make food choices with more flexibility and confidence
  • Let go of rigid rules and guilt around food
  • Build a way of eating that feels sustainable

I stay in regular contact with your primary care provider and therapist, so your care stays coordinated. My work focuses on healing your relationship with food, so I don’t provide weight loss education.

What Clients Notice

Over time, I see adolescents and adults regain confidence in their body image and eat with food freedom.

What to Expect When We Work Together

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call, so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Next is an initial assessment, which runs 60 to 90 minutes. After that, follow-up sessions are 30 to 40 minutes. Every appointment is virtual.
